This is the service promise PRIME makes to its clients - the people approaching it for help.

We will

1. Send you a pack of starter materials that will help you consider self-employment within one week of receiving your request
2. Forward you a list of the organisations near you that, to the best of PRIME’s knowledge, are able to help you start a business
3. Give you information about any workshops, seminars or open drop in days near you which might be of help to you
4. Answer any queries you might have as promptly as possible
5. Send you a reminder a letter four-to-eight weeks after the starter-pack, reminding you of how you can start a business

This is our service guarantee to everyone, wherever they live. However we are always striving to do more for you, such as allocating a mentor to you to help you think about whether you are ready to take the enterprise journey.
